Volunteer's Shibir - Dec. 2016, Haridham
Yogi Divine Society had organized on 04/12/2016 in Haridham, a training shibir for all its volunteers who can execute and carry all the social service activities/projects by the institution right up to all the people of every level of the society in which, the main volunteers from all the areas remained present.
In the beginning, P. Sarvamangalswami had given an outline of programs in today’s shibir followed by a short introduction by P. Yogidarshanswami about different free social service projects carried out from Haridham complex.
Then, through a power point presentation, youth volunteer Sri Dharmeshbhai Pandya had explained how to carry out the public services like health, education, social services, moral education, sports, environment, upliftment of backward caste/class people and cleanliness campaigns etc. while also explaining as to how to tackle the usual/normal mistakes committed/encountered while doing these services. P. Harinamanswami also joined him in showing the solutions to the problems faced at the time of carrying out such services.
Dr. Pareshbhai Dave (Add. D., Health Dept., Guj. Govt.) who attended the shibir, highly appreciated the social service activities by Yogi Divine Society being very much impressed by them and praised the institution and all its volunteers and, giving information about the Guj. Govt.’s various service schemes he appealed these volunteers to help in reaching them to the public.
Being trained for taking the services by the institution right up to the lowest class of people of the society, all the volunteers had resolved to work harder in this direction.
