With a noble and holy view to develop and strengthen the spirit of equality, of Atmiyata and sportsman spirit in youths and they live harmoniously with love and attachment with each other in the society, the youths of Nani Ved Mandal of Surat region, Shri Hari Pradesh had organized a grand Atmiya—Plastic Night Cricket Tournament to run constantly for 15 days at the Atmiya Farm of Shri Jayantbhai and Shri Deepakbhai.
      In this tournament around 240 teams from Surat and its surrounding places participated of which, as many as 120 teams (50 %--half) were from Muslim brothers. Thus, a noble and appreciable effort was made through this tournament to spread the message of equality of all the religions in the socity.
      Every match was restricted to 10 overs with the plastic balls and every day 8 matches were played. Around 2500 to 3000 spectators daily watched these matches between 8 pm and 1 am and increased the spirit and tempo of all the players.
      P.B.Manojbhai, P.B.Nitinbhai and P.B.Hiteshbhai and their colleagues looked after the work of maintaining the condition of the pitch, its cleanliness and the organization of teams with joy and pleasure and spirit while, Shri Simi (Sunilbhai) and Shri Kapilbhai helped in maintaining cooperation and unity among all from beginning till end of all the matches, the entire tournament with a great spirit of Atmiyata.
      The final match of this tournament was arranged on 22-5-2014 in the presence of saint leader P.Subodhswami, P.Guruprasadswami, youth president P.B.Gordhanbhai, secretary P.B.Natuda and P.B.Jagdishbhai. A very beautiful trophy was awarded to the finally winning team. The trophy for champion team was sponsored by P.Shantubhai (Lala) and for the runner up team was sponsored by Shaileshbhai Patel.
          As a result of joint efforts and Atmiyata among all the organisors, every body felt an experience of brotherliness during the entire tournament.
