Carrom Tournament - 2017, AVD, Bakrol
In order that the students be interested and acquire grip/expertise/mastery over extra curriculum activities also like sports, literature etc. and they achieve their total/all-round growth, under the Annual Sports Festival for the students staying in Harisaurabh Hostel, Bakrol, Vidyanagar, managed by Yogi Divine Society, Haridham, Sokhada, Vadodara a carrom tournament was organized on Sunday, the 12th February 2017 in which, 117 students had participated to test their talents and concentration.
And, the following emerged as the winners.
1. Saumil Patel (B.Com.) 1st from Vadodara.
2. Bhvik Patel (B.E. Civil) 2nd from Surat.
3. Zil Bhojani (Mech. Eng.) 3rd from Morbi.
4. Pavitra Sarang (B.E. Chem.) 4th from Surat.
On this occasion, along with P. Anandsagarswami and P. Prabhudarshanswami, Sri Jatinbhai and Sri Krunalbhai also remained present. After the competition, soft drinks were also served to all.
Giving his opinion about these competitions, a student, Chirag Modi said that, this program arranged by the hostel was really excellent and appreciable as, it had helped in all round progress/development of the students and they were able to meet each other with a totally relaxed mood without the tension of class room to increase their cordiality and intimacy and family like relations among them all.
