Vacation : A Value Add - Youth Awareness Assembly, Naroda
The Naroda Yuvak Mandal of Suhrad Pradesh (Ahmedabad) had, under the Youth Awareness Campaign conducted by Yogi Divine Society, Baroda whose primary and prominent mission is social service and the upliftment of the society, had arranged a presentation program on the subject ”Vacation : A Value Add” as a Youth Awareness Assembly between 9 PM & 10:30 PM on Wednesday, the 20th May 2015 in Nilkanth Bunglows, at Naroda and a similar program was also conducted simultaneously at Tirupati Bunglows in Naroda only at the same time. Around 75 youths were present at Nilkanth Bunglows while, about 125 youths participated in the program at Tirupati Bunglows and took the best advantage of the programs.
Shri Bhavikbhai conducted the program at Nilkanth Bunglows while Shri Ombhai Taraiya (Rajkot) handled the assembly at the Tirupati Bunglows.
Both the youth leaders conducted their programs successfully and systematically to the best advantage of every single youth who attended it. Through their Powerpoint presentations, they showed and explained the following points as to :- What is the importance of vacation in our life and how best we can utilize it so that it becomes an asset in our life permanently.
To elaborate this, they discussed in detail with youths present there as to : What is really a vacation?, What is the aim/purpose of a vacation for a student, a professional, a business man or a service man/ an employee?, In present time how do the students enjoy their vacations?, What we should not do during a vacation?, In order that we can add some new values/importance to our life, we must do activities based on principles of 5 Cs, i.e. Creative, Constructive, Capitalizing our strength, Conquering our weaknesses and which are career oriented and we should utilize out time in the best way by attending some Short Time Courses which are useful for building our life/careers.
Thus, by discussing on and analyzing the above points with the attendants, they also presented the presently existing reality around in the world and gave examples of famous/successful personalities in the society and provided the required guidance about such short term courses in various fields.
In the end, every youth, being very much impressed by the program, resolved to utilize his vacation in the best possible manner to his own advantage before leaving the hall.
