Volunteer's Shibir - 2016, Dediapada
A training camp for 110 volunteers from the different parts of the pradesh was organized on 18-12-16 in the hall of Khetiwadi Utpanna Bazar at Dediyapada of Sahajanand Pradesh in the presence of its regional saint P. Bhaktivallabhswami where, all the volunteers were trained to carry out more vigorously the social service activities conducted at regular intervals by Yogi Divine Society, Haridham, Sokahda.
For any service institution, to run/conduct all its activities as planned and to achieve its set goals, the maximum contribution has to come from its own dedicated volunteers. It is therefore, very important to properly and periodically guide and give exact instructions to its selflessly dedicated volunteers to see that the social service projects planned by the institution are properly executed and timely completed and, for this reason only, the above camp was organized.
Having welcomed the new volunteers in the shibir, a volunteer from Ghantoli, Sri Hemantbhai Vasava had informed them about the various activities of the institution. Speaking next, the volunteer from Rajpipala Sri Bhagubha informed all the volunteers that, the services like these as conducted by the social service institutions are necessary and important for bringing the people of poor and backward class into the main stream. In order to increase the scope and spread of it and so that, even the last person in this group gets the help and he also can make the social as well as financial progress, we all have to work.
Speaking next, Sri Dineshbhai, who works in the backward area like Malsamot, described the services being carried out there and the various experiences that he and his covolunteers had come across while doing them. He said that, while giving services to people from Adivasi Society, we forget our troubles and difficulties on seeing pleasure and happiness on the faces of those people after their receiving services from us and we get recharged again.
Addressing all the volunteers present there, the regional saint from the Sahajanand Pradesh P.Bhaktivallabhswami said in the end of the meeting that, as the love and sympathy/warmth that the president of Yogi Divine Society P.P. Hariprasadswamiji gives to every member of the society, we also have to spread the same in the society, through our works and actions/treatments to them. Today, when we, the volunteers of this institution, have collected here, we all yet have to do a lot of social service works like eradication of poverty, spread of education, awareness against ailments etc. which are left out today, even after the passage of 7 long decades of independence. To be constantly busy in these services in the society on behalf of our institution only is our real seva.
