World AIDS Day - 2016, Koli Bharthana
World Health Organization is celebrating 1st December as the “World AIDS Day” in the entire world every year. When the willfulness goes on increasing in the society due to addictions and bling imitation of western culture, while pouring and developing the good culture in the society, Yogi Divine Society is also doing, along with its many other social services for the upliftment of the society, the work of spreading awareness about deadly disease like AIDS being spread due to such vices as a part which, Yogi Divine Society had organized a seminar to spread the awareness about AIDS on Thursday, the 22nd Dec 2016 in Atmiya Vidya Mandir, Kolibharthana in which, around 150 gents and youths from Koli Bharthana and its surrounding areas had participated.
While welcoming all the guests in the beginning of the seminar, the regional saint of Dharmabhakti Pradesh P. Suhradswami had presented the outlines of Yogi Divine Society’s social services.
Then, the local Govt. medical officer and the main speaker of the seminar today, Dr. Bhati Sir had provided in the simple language, based on medical researches, the reasons for getting infection of H.I.V. virus and its being converted into AIDS gradually step by step and then, talking about the misbeliefs about AIDS, Dr. Bhati had advised to be away from them.
Regarding the treatment of H.I.V., it was informed that, the scientists are busy today to find out a complete cure for it but haven’t been successful yet in getting a medicine that can 100 % kill its virus but have succeeded in controlling the spread of it in the body with help of modern/latest medicines by the use of which, even a person infected by it also can live a normal life for a long time but, due to our society’s temperament, the patients with AIDS try hide their disease and avoid taking the required medicine as a result of which, only 7 % persons are taking the treatment. The patients have got to accept their disease by giving up this tendency and boldly face the situation to save their lives. The institution’s saints P. Suhradjivanswami, P. Santvallabhswami and the elderly workers Sri Arjunbhai, Sri Mahendrabhai and Sri Manishbhai as well as the Sirpanch of Kolibharthana village Sri Natubhai Somabhai Rathod and Dr. Mukeshbhai Bhatt and Dr. Narendrabhai, all were also present in the shibir.
