Clean India Campaign -2017, Hathisa, Sandhiyer
Under the ‘Clean India Campaign’, Yogi Divine Society had taken up the cleanliness campaign at Hathisa village of Olpad Tal. on Thursday, the 26th January 2017 in which, along with 40 volunteers of institution, even the Sirpanch and the other leaders of the village had also participated and had given the message of cleanliness to the villagers.
When the P.M. of India, Sri Narendrabhai Modi has launched ‘Clean India Campaign’ at the national level, the gents and the youths associated with Yogi Divine Society had, through this activity, expressed their patriotism.
Due to inadequate awareness about cleanliness in the villagers, the general health condition is also found to be below standard in these areas. With a view to develop awareness about cleanliness in the general public and to improve their health conditions and, so that they can bring a positive change in the environment and general wellbeing, this campaign was taken up.
While cleaning the public roads, the volunteers of the institution had also cleaned the areas around milk producing company and Khuntai Mata Temple and, had also appealed to the public not to throw rubbish in the open places to maintain cleanliness.
In this cleanliness campaign organized under the leadership of institution’s volunteers Sri Ashishbhai and Sri Uttambhai, the Sirpanch of Hathisa village Sri Dhansukhbhai Rathod, Dy. Sirpanch Sri Mahendrabhai Patel and the president of Khuntai Mata Temple Sri Maganbhai Patel also remained present who had highly appreciated this service by the institution and had asked the villagers to value this work to maintain cleanliness in the village also in future too.
