Atmiya Sparsh - 2016, Junagadh

On Date: 15 December 2016

Yogi Divine Society had organized “Atmiya Sparsh” gathering in Alpha School No. 2 on Thursday, the 15th December 2016 in which, the experienced saint P. Sarvamangalswami, corporator Sri Shaileshbhai Dave and the well-known educationist Sri G.P. Kathi had given their speeches of which, around 550 ladies and gents had taken the benefit.

Today, when the youths have been totally aimless/goalless, the numbers of divided families have increased instead of reducing, the level of anxiety, frustration and mental tensions have increased in the society, this meeting was called with an intention of trying for bringing harmony, reducing the distance between youths and their parents in the families in the society.

Addressing the youths on this occasion, the well-known educationist from Rajkot city Sri G.P. Kathi Sir, quoting a slogan “Hard-work itself is a philosopher’s stone” had inspired them to work hard for building their careers.

The corporator from Junagadh Mahanagar Palika Sri Shaileshbhai Dave who is also associated with many socio-political service institutions and working/guiding thousands of youths as Gujarat’s “Youth BJP” wing as an ordinary member of BJP advised to all the youths to always keep their eyes on their goal to progress in the life, never to ignore any member of the family as, with their help/assistance only, one can always progress, we are sometimes unknowingly ignoring our parents due to our force of youth and bad friendships but, we if we remember their contribution for us, we will know their importance in our life.

In the end, speaking on generation gap, the main speaker of the meeting, P. Sarvamangalswami said that, today, the youths have time to spend on whatsapp and facebook but not for spending with their aged parents growing old, our family members only are going to help us during our difficult times so, leaving aside virtual friends, we must unite with our real companions, the parents, brothers-sisters and other family members. While addressing the aged people attending the meeting, he said that, when our children become young, we should become their guide and treat them like our friends because, our families will be happy only when there is mutual unity/cooperation and atmiyata among the members.

Thus, all had received an excellent guidance for developing real atmiyata in the families.
