On “International Yoga Day” Tuesday, the 21st June 2016, Yogi Divine Society, Haridham, Sokhada had organized in the open ground of Primary School at Hathaj, a Yoga Shibir for the students in which, 85 students had received the primary/basic information about yogasans.

To celebrate the International Yoga Day, Yogi Divine Society had organized a camp at “Atmiya Vidyadham” at Bakrol in Anand on Tuesday, the 21st June 2016 in which, the yogasans and pranayams were practically demonstrated by the expert in them P. Brahmavihariswami, of which, around 145 gents had taken the benefit.

Yogi Divine Society, Haridham, Sokhada had organized a program of “Atmiya Family Gathering” for the families at Atmiya Vidya Dham, Bakrol, Anand on Sunday, the 8th May 2016 in which, around 500 gents, ladies and the youths of the families from the surrounding areas of Anand, Vidyanagar, Bakrol, Jitodiya, Karamsad and Mogri had got the benefit of speeches by the kidney specialist Dr. Jigishbhai Vyas as well as saint leader P. Guruprasadswamiji.

While people have achieved very great and highly admirable physical achievements on Technology and Modernization fronts, they have been drawn very far off from their internal wealth/treasure and their sentiments and, like in any other field, this fact equally applies to the field of education also. The relations between a Guru and his disciple and a teacher and his student have got transformed and converted in to purely the professional relations between them. Under the circumstances, if we all really want to revive/regain the treasure of all those cultures of our old ancient India and want to keep the respect and honor, the glory and self-consciousness alive, we all will have to start developing the Human Values in people from the Education Field only. With a noble and valuable aim, idea and spirit of doing this, Yogi Divine Society had, on Sunday, the 6th March 2016, organized a one day seminar on ‘Human Values in Higher Education’ at Atmiya Vidya Dham, Bakrol, Anand in which, more than around 750 teachers and principals as well as very highly educated people had participated.

On account of completion of one year to the establishment of Hari Saurabh Hostel managed by Yogi Divine Society, its 1st Annual Day was celebrated on Sunday, the 28th February 2016 in the presence of the family members of all the students staying there. On account of 67th Republic Day, Yogi Divine Society had organized on Thursday, the 31st Jan 2016, a grand program at Atmiya Dham (Bakrol) to remember and respect the highest contribution in India’s fight and struggle of Independence, a speech by a renowned Gujarati author Dr. Sharad Thakar on Veer Savarkar, “A lion man”. Around 650 participants had participated in this program and had known about the great dedications given by India’s immortal sons.
