The flue epidemic which has spread internationally all over the world since the year 2000 is a new type of disease caused by H1N1 Influenza virus which is termed as Swine Flu in language of a general talk. Nowadays, the victims of Swine Flu have increased in number in Gujarat. In order to increase/spread the awareness about this disease Swine Flu H1N1 among the general public, Yogi Divine Society, Haridham, Sokhada had organized a seminar on Thursday, the 8th Oct 2015 at Amroli in Surat as part of its Social Services to get a protection against this deadly/danger disease under the “Swine Flu H1N1 Awareness Campaign” in which, around 300 youths, ladies and gents had remained present and had acquired the information about this Swine Flu.

A camp for free physiotherapy treatment was organized by Yogi Divine Society, Haridham, Sokhada at Lal Darwaja, Surat under the guidance of P. Sarvamangalswami, P. Subodhswami, Shri Gordhanbhi Limbani and Shri Jagdishbhai Patel on Sunday, the 8th Nov 2015 of which, more than 100 patients had taken benefit.

In the free Medical Check-Up Camp organized in the office of Yogi Divine Society “Suhradam” situated at Moti Raghavji Compound, Lal Darwaja in Surat, in Shreehari Pradesh jointly by Yogi Divine Society and Sardar Patel Multi-Speciality Hospital, Ved Road on Sunday, the 6th Dec 2015 where as many as 280 patients were examined, treated and given the requisite medicines.

On account of its International Atmiya Youth Convention, Yogi Divine Society had organized a Free Blood Donation Camp (Shibir) at Surat for one full day from morning 9.00 am to 8.30 pm night on 31st Dec 2015 for the patients suffering from Thalassemia at which, more than 300 units of blood was collected.

In order to spread and increase the awareness about cancer as well as for its cure/treatment and its eradication from the entire world, the 4th February is being observed as the “World Cancer Day” on international level. On account of this, under their campaign of public awareness in the matter, Yogi Divine Society, Haridham, Sokhada had organized a public awareness sabha on Wednesday, the 17th Feb 2016 at 9:00 PM at night in Ankur Vidya Bhavan on Amba Talavadi Road in Katargam. In this meeting, Dr. Shaileshbhai Jethwa (M.D. Physician —Sardar Hospital, Ved Road, Surat) had given all the detailed and basic information and guidance about the cancer disease. Around 200 youths had received the detailed knowledge about this disease of cancer in this sabha.

On account of 7th Indian Organ Donation Day, Surat Municipal Corporation and Surat Doctors’ Association had jointly organized a rally in Surat on Sunday, the 27th November 2016 for developing an awareness among general public for donating organs “ORGAN DONATION AWARENESS WALKATHON” so that, by donating the organs of a dead person, a new life can be given to the needy patients in which, in addition to the saints from Yogi Divine Society, nearly 190 volunteers also had joined.

A Yoga Camp was organized on 2nd, 3rd and 4th of Dec 2016 in the vast open ground of school No. 186 situated in the backside of Omkareshwar Mandir of Surat’s Moti Ved area as a joint venture of Yogi Divine Society, Haridham, Sokhada and Swaminarayan Gurukul, Surat in which, the Yogacharyas (Teachers) P. Yogdarshandasjiswami & P. Yogswaroopdasjiswami from Swaminarayan Gurukul, Surat had daily trained around 100 ladies and gents in yoga and provided knowledge about it between 6.00 am & 7.00 am with practical demonstrations.
