The International Yoga Day - 2019 celebrated in Atmiya Vidya Niketan - Ahmedabad With a great enthusiasm. Regular Yogasan practice helps to keep Body, Mind & Soul healthy. The same was explained & discussed with the students.
On account of “World Yoga Day”, Yogi Divine Society had organized a camp for yoga in P.P. Savani School of Surat during which, the yogacharya Sri Mehulbhai and Darshanaben had given information about yogasans and pranayams with their practical demonstrations to around 225 students.
